In my list are a few mixed marked as being a bad drink. I don't like that. Is there a chance to change that? Maybe by remaking all these drinks again and again?

Yes, making it over and over and over again will improve it's quality, just like Cooking (my Dynasty Founder always makes perfect Sushi now).

How much times do you need to make it over before it will improve?
I tried it eight more times making the same mix over and over, in my case I tested the normal quality of the Ultra Cherry Triple Swirler with Sass, but the quality stays as being as normal registered my sims skill journal.

I'm looking in the code right now. No guarantees though.

Edit: I think that you have to make more Great Quality (minimum) drinks.

Hm, I'm wondering if it would have made any change if I would have started making those drinks after my sims became level 10 in it.

Like you, I don't like the Bad score because it stays in your permanent record.  I always get the Better Mixologist LTR before I start actually trying to make the mood drinks.  I also have my Sim read the books in the library until at least level 6.  I've only ever get a Nice as the lowest quality drink instead of Bad by using these methods.

It took my sim more than 20 times to improve drinks by one level. Sometimes one or two of the drinks would be better quality, and the rest lower, but eventually they will all go up a level, and you'll be shooting for the next level. Achieving the challenges and getting the LTR definitely helped though.
