Fulfilling Skill Challenges?

Hello :)

I've been wondering for some time if there is a mod that enables you to fulfill the Skill Challanges instantly?
I'm playing with twallan's Master Controller and the cheat module so I can easily change the skill level of sims, but I can't (to my knowledge) fulfill the challenges by mods/cheating.
