A Restless Ghost

I had a couple of gravestones (five, to be exact) on my lot. Since I was constantly bothered with ghosts, I decided to move them. At this point, I've picked up four of the five graves, and the ghost that belongs to the fifth has been haunting my house restlessly for about a week or so, and it's not returning to the grave. What can I do that doesn't involve cheats or removal of the ghost?

The only thing you can do is to resetsim the ghost. I didn't think that is cheating.
