Do sims' memories export with them from CAW? Also, I'm assuming that relationships outside their household don't keep after you place the household? If their memories go with them it would be helpful for providing background story, so a memory like 'became enemies with x sim' or 'became BFFs with x sim' could help define relationships around town (unless providing a save file works out better).
