Welcome to the home of Perfecta Gardenor, clone/daughter of Lotta Gardenor. Between the two of them, they have created a home garden that has nothing but absolutely perfect plants for your perusal! Anyone can pick plants from this garden, and in fact, it's an awesome way to quickly raise your gardening skill. I have a copy of this lot in all of my hoods.

The white picket fence is already locked to prevent pet intrusions; there should be no horses nibbling on carrots in this garden.
The home itself has objects from the Base Game and WA. There are a few decorative objects from Generations, but if you don't have that game then you should still be able to download this house. I would not recommend downlading it unless you have at least WA. You may be abe to download without LN; the only plant from that expansion is the Plasma Fruit plant.
It is a one bedroom home with a large central living room, small kitchen and bath. Everything inside works; this home has been tested and Sims are able to interact with all objects as needed. *UPDATE *There is a chest from China inside that includes oodles of perfect harvestables in addition to the one's in Perfecta's inventory. You may also just download the house without Perfecta now with the Perfect Garden Home - Empty file. The home itself costs $47, 019 to purchase in game.
Perfecta herself has a 10 in Gardening, an 8 in Fishing and a 3 in Cooking. Her family funds are $280, 506 and her inventory is chock full of perfect harvestables of every plant in the game. She also has a Money Tree seed in her inventory, a Perfect Omni Seed in her inventory and a few other goodies. Her mother/clone was an excellent cook and left a special treat in Perfecta's inventory. She may even show up on the lot every so often...
Her traits are Loner, Loves Outdoors, Green Thumb, Luck and Angler. She is a Young Adult towards the end of her cycle. She has already completed her Lifetime Wish of having the Perfect Garden and has multiple Lifetime Rewards, including: No Bills Ever, Super Green Thumb, Hardly Hungry and others.
