First letting then copy the homework from each other might not always work. The kid who did the homework might be upset with the cheater and snatch it back. But they seldom protests if you put them on doing a siblings homework. Not sure about the risk for dentention there.
But if you have a kid with the evil trait they will love having their homework done.
Another tips is when you have several kids and teens that are doing their homework at once dragging out their homework, placing it on table and then klick on it for them to do it might at least cut down of the footstamping and whining about somebody taking the chair they wanted.
