Vampire Eyes Don't Glow

Contacts will be CC, and they'll be removing the glow effect. Unless the eyes you're using are default replacement and made to the same specifications as EA's eyes, which those ones definitely aren't, they'll remove the glow. I'd guess you have bad quality CC somewhere and I would recommend loading your game in a factory reset folder. While I do use CC myself (sparingly), I advise caution. Low quality objects can easily break a game.
