Forever pregnant?

So, i know a person on the other forum that has a strange issue in the game. She started a family, and her sim got pregnant. She noticed something was wrong when the sim didn`t give birth after 3 sim days. And so on. She also aged up to elder, and she still had a belly. So, she kicked her sim out of the house. Her family now has a few generations,while her pregnant sim lives forever in another household. Anyone had the same problem?

I haven't heard of this, but one of my guesses is that mods might be involved.  If not, it's probably a glitch in the game.  It's not likely to happen again in another game file if that's the case.
