I tell you what: if you want to, send me a screen shot of the processes tab about 5 minutes after startup via e-mail and I'll see what I can do. But what you can do by yourself for now is go to Start > Programs > Startup and see in that list what you don't want starting up with your PC, if you'd rather just open it when needed. Like Picasa for instance. That may be on there. Just right-click right there and then, and delete the bugger. It's only a shortcut. Then shut down and restart your computer. It will now no longer run those (shortcut-deleted) systems unless you activate it. I believe my e-mail is visible in my profile.
