Sims cooking level and "bad" or "foul" food after patch 1.38
« on: September 05, 2012, 05:19:17 PM »
Hello,
My sim has a cooking level of 4 and is still cooking "bad" and "foul" food.
Even autumn salad is "foul". I'm not sure how something that is not cooked could be foul.

This is only happening since the latest patch.
yes I did comb through my mods and deleted every single one of them that was listed as not compatible.

I'm also reading that sims foods are going bad in 10 hours instead of a few sim days. I'm also reading that if a sim creates "quality" foods that as soon as the sim touches them they become "bad" or "foul"

I've also read of some people who are unable to clean the fridge of spoiled food after this patch.

I'm just wanting to know if it's just me or if anyone else is having this problem.

Thanks

I noticed that my food was going bad really quickly, but it seems kind of random.  For a while right after the patch the leftover food was rotten and even the fresh cooked food, so I had to use the quick meals.  But later on, maybe after I shut down the computer and deleted the caches it stopped getting rotten.  But now it still seems like the food doesn't last as long as it used to.  I like to use the Fresher refrigerator because the leftovers last a long time.
