Horse question

So i downloaded 3 horses off the exchange and they are all okay. But i was wondering how do i add them to my families?

I believe the method is to make them all in Create-A-Sim like you would normally, but don't add any Sims. You can then move them in via Edit Town, but this adds a huge amount of money to your funds. To remove this amount, you can always use the familyfunds cheat. I've never tried this, but this is what I've heard.
