Can you be a little more specific about your question?  Your subject line is confusing and then the first post doesn't help.

The Sims 3 and The Sims 3 Pets are seperate games, think of them as completely different games but with a similar name.
Any sims or items/objects/patterns in your studio on the sims 3 will not appear in The Sims 3 PETS Studio.

I own both games for PS3 and my content in one doesn't appear in the other.

It's "Frontside Flip Skaters" & the image was for a skateboarding game (Skate 2 & 3) that went on the skateboard.

I know what the abbreviation can mean so having gone through the forum rules again if it's any problem I will edit my profile and change whats needed as I don't wish to offend anyone.
