Can't make family trees

When I make a new family I can't make family trees. The old family trees seem to work just fine, it's just I can't make new ones in CAS. It's really annoying and I can make familys with babies that doesn't have parents.

I've tried deleting all cache-files, and restarted the game millions of times.

Is the edit relationships button missing from CAH or it's not sticking?
