Routing problems

I cannot do Sims non Routable and Camera not routable because the paint does not show up. Please help! I have the latest patch 1.36 and the latest CAW patch 1.18

This maybe a silly question but have you tried zooming in? I've notice I can't paint if my camera is zoomed out too far. The paint disappears pretty quickly as I zoom out which is lame because painting the routing would be so much easier if we could see more of the landscape we were painting.

I've noticed that if the camera is beyond the edge of the world, the terrain and routing paint tools don't work....
