[please help!!] I losts my kids after sent them to boarding school

Firstly i want to say sorry if  this has been discussed already- I did a search and couldn't find a solution.
2nd sorry for my bad english  and its makes you confuse

and i delete my kids using ctrl+shift+c moveObjects ON, delete objects, and its working..
my kids already at boarding school.. I can call my kids by phone..
i sent they both  (they're twins, i have 3 kids) at boarding school and one other is already work as a spy...

{my familiy on sims are [me, my husband, my first daughter <aurora>, and my twins kids <boy: Dior, girls: Diora>}

me, my husband and my first daughter[on the sims] can call the twins brother and sister by phone.. its all workin, im happy..

then after that my first daughter is getting married with her boyfriend..

and by knowing my twin kids are already at boarding school, so i exit the game by "save and exit" because im so tired,

the problem is...

the next day i want to play my sims, and i want to call my twin kids I cant found my kids, from my husband phone, and form my married daughter i stil cant found my twin kids, i try to see them from familiy tree, with my sims, my husband sims, and my first daughter, when i click familiy tree it dosent show up, but when i try to see familiy tree from my daughter husband its only show he is married with my daughter, when i click my daughter it still doesnt show anything.. 

i try to check my scrap books when i taught my twin to walk, talk, and potty training its said

 "Vanessa Prasetyo taught      to walk"
 "Vanessa Prasetyo taught      to talk"
 "Vanessa Prasetyo taught      potty training"

and the same with my husband scrapbook.. im so confusedm i dont know what to do, can i get my twins back? i love them really, theyre handsome and beauty without my edit, i try to make kids, but it doesnt twins, its only a boys.. im so sad... anyone have the solutons??

Are you playing the console version of the game?  Or the PC version?  Also, I'm editing your post to remove the excessive smileys.
