First, I'm pretty sure we are supposed to use better grammar, and no text speak...

Also if you use testingcheatsenabled true, you can Shift+click on him and choose Object then Delete it. What kind of sim is it? Is it a paparazzi from Late Night? If so you can delete them but new ones will just spawn. Is it a mail man? New ones will spawn too. What town are you playing in?
Also may I ask why you posted this under Pets?

I don't know exactly how your broken keyboard is working, but we still need you to use punctuation.  Some of your sentences have no periods at all and they are hard to understand.  I'd appreciate it if you would use the Modify feature and add some punctuation to your posts.

Also, I'm moving this thread to the Console board.  It doesn't belong on the Pets board.

I'm not familiar with the Sims 3 Console, but is there a way to move the Sim bothering you out of the house? That seems to be the best option, though I don't know how to move sims out in the console game.

If you can't make the sim leave by clicking on him/her and choosing "Ask to leave" then you may wish to try sending your sim or sims to a different area of the map, have them visit a friends house or the park or something and hopefully when you go home the imposter will be gone.

If all else fails as a last resort you could try moving house as that tends to fix a fair few problems or try enabling the cheats  "At the start menu, hold down the LB,RB,LT and RT at the same time to enable cheat option" and resetting the sim, though that will most likely disable achievements on that save file.
