All ambrosia is perfect unless you replicate it.  However, it's not something you can serve because it's only a single person dish not a meal.

Exactly my point, but my sims got this wish and as I already know one can not make Ambrosia for eight people at once. That would really be overpowered.
So made me think where that wish was dare for. Guess it's just a mistake ingame.

I have fulfilled the wish just by making ambrosia.  Did that not work for you?

No, that didn't work, eventhough the dish was marked as being perfect.
Strange, huh?

You know you have the ability to give other Sims food during a party.  Maybe serving that way would fulfill the wish?
