While most decisions related to rule violations and policy are determined by gathering the opinions of our Moderation staff, someone has to carry those actions out. I've been a much busier man lately and need the extra time, so Pam has accepted the role of Community Manager. She's been keeping me informed of interesting discussions here the past year, manages our Facebook for me, and has a good feel for how I prefer a lot of things to be handled.
This was my first forum, and I've learned a lot in the process but I will inevitably need to launch another and get it stabilized. That is, after the the 200 or so pages I need for two guides are published. Leaving this one in capable hands is important to me. I must continue to expand my web presence while pursuing some new and exciting personal goals
So, as of today, Pam is the go-to for most anything that isn't related to the Guide.
I've never been one to post a lot, but I will still be logging often to check that things are going OK.
