Patch 1.36.45 issue! HELP

Why the sims 3 patch 1.36.45 has some issues?
Hey,
Since the new patch of the Sims 3 1.36.45 got released i have decided to download it. When i did, i didn't backup my files. and somehow started the game, the game ran very well until i decided to buy an object, the furniture's list did not show. I reinstalled the game but this time i backed up my files and updated my game to the previous patch and it told me the patch game is not compatible with my base game. Then i backed my files and downloaded the 1.36.45 patch again, pasted my mods files after patching and still my buy mod list doesn't show!! PLEASE HELP! i have cc and i'm using windows xp ,, i have late night , Generations and ambitions.
Everytime i download cc and want to start my game it minimizes and says " It looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your current version of the sims 3. We recommend that you either uninstall these game notifications or get updated versions of them - otherwise you may experience crshes or significant bugs." Please help; I'm so annoyed.

I noticed that you used an excessive amount of exclamation marks.  Also, the title of your thread is a little vague.  You can change it by choosing to modify your post and changing it there.  You might want to change it to the current patch as well since in your post it says 1.36 and in your title it says 1.34.

As for the part where it says you have unofficial game modification, it sounds to me like you need to actually update your mods.  With every patch, you need to redownload mods that are current for you patch level.  You can find the updated package files at the author's website.  Not all mods get updated with every patch, so you may just need to play without them.  I also recommend removing all of your CC and only putting back a few at a time to see if any of those are also causing the issue. 

Don't forget to clean out your cache files as listed on the technical help forum.

My problem is resolved. So here's what i did.
1st: I backed up my files and reinstalled the game all over again to downgrade the patch to 1.34.
2nd: I downloaded the EPs in order depending on their release dates.
3rd: I Pasted my backed up cc and saved sims in the sims 3 electronic arts folder.

And now it's working perfectly.
