Building a Consignment Shop and a Tattoo/Salon shop

I noticed the other day while I was  looking over Lucky Palms that it didn't have a few key community shops. It doesn't have, that I see a consignment shop or tatoo/salon shop.

I'd like to know how to build these shops, so I can build them to put in Lucky Palms.

What are the essentials of both shops?

Lucky Palms doesn't automatically get the lots from expansion packs. If you look in the community lots in edit town you'll see two consignment stores and a tattoo shop.

If you want to build one, they are pretty simple. Designate the lot as the type you want when you make it a community lot. For the consignment store it just needs the consignment register. For the tattoo shop, you'll need at least one tattoo chair and one makeover station.
