Your Task:
What good is a settlement without an Inn? Sure the Park is good, for kids. An Inn or Pub is a place for Adults to catch up on the local gossip, watch some sports, all over a pint of nectar. Nothing can beat the home like atmosphere of an Inn and well, our Sims need a new Inn!

The Tait House was established decades ago. What better place to meet with some old friends or make new ones than at your local pub. They have Happy Hour everyday plus serve very nice food. You can have a game of pool, play video games, shoot some darts, watch your favorite sport on TV or just sit at the bar and chat. If you prefer the quiet atmosphere you can sit at the outside cafe tables, a bench or have a game of gnubb with your friend.

"Wow I'm really chuffed about winning this competition, especially since I'm up against some really great builders! I first saw the idea of a caravan from someone else, although hers was just a tiny little thing for decoration. I then made a proper livable caravan, and the "inn" was the logical extension to that. I may even make a whole traveling series just for fun! The idea of living in a caravan and traveling the countryside is appealing because you get to see so much! It's just unfortunate that gypsies in real life have such a bad reputation. But Gypsy Sims would be kinda cool, and if EA ever brought them out, at least I know I could make them a home

Congratulations Neashaleigh! I loved the build. I found it hard to choose only two of the great three entries.

I thought that the roof of your build was a bit too tall and looked odd, to me at least. The inside was beautiful but I think a rug might look nice somewhere in there.

Whoops, I just realised I never commented on this thread! I love pubs, and although I wish more people entered this contest the entries we got were just fantastic. Congratulations, Neashaleigh. The idea of a travelling tavern is truly fantastic and you could not have done it better. 

Ladybug, I love the Tait house! You designed a fantastic layout with plenty of space, I could totally imagine people crowding in for a party. I think the taller roofs are rather nice, although I might have pulled that middle roof up to match the height of the others.

I'm open to comments on my own build, as always.

Ausette. I love the looks and feel of your quaint old pud. I wouldn't change a thing in it as in my opinion it's perfect the way it is. It has a very relaxing atmosphere . The perfect place for a sim to sit back and socialize with friends.
