Vaccination clinic

my Sim has a wish to do vaccination clinic , he is level 10 doctor and he have had this task before during work but failed to fulfill it , after injecting a Sim he kept talking about shared traits which lead to losing a lot of time and most of the the other Sims left plus hated him. So I need to know how can i start it again now without having the task and how can I help him do it correctly this time ?

He should get another task through his job to do a vaccination clinic.  They get them regularly.  This time, be sure to keep clicking on Sims to get them vaccinated.  Don't leave you Sim to do what he wants.

Also, I wanted to note that if the opportunity came up and you decided not to take it at the moment, you can go to map view (while the Sim is at work) and available jobs will be tagged. I hope this will help you to complete the opportunity again.
