Sharing pregnant Sims - can it be done?

Well the title says it all really. I'm working on a project at the moment  ;) and what I would like to do is upload a pregnant Sim to the Swap Shop. Now obviously, I can't make her pregnant in CAS, so I thought I would create a couple/family, get the wife in the family way and then upload them as a household. Now, the only Sim I've ever uploaded was my Sim self to the exchange so I could use the avatar, so I am unfamiliar with what I can and can't do. Now, I'm sure I can upload a family, but can it include a pregnant Sim? Will she still be pregnant when someone downloads the family?

I think it can be done.  I believe I've seen pregnant Sims on the exchange but I've never tried to download them to see if they were still pregnant.  Worse comes to worse, I would be willing to try it with you one day when we're both on.  Where I download the family and let you know if she has the baby.

I have had it work for me. I didn't have to do anything special. I think I did wait until she had morning sickness though.

It can be done. Just save the household and upload it.
