Mixology in Appaloosa Plains

I am a Horsewoman and I live in Appaloosa Plains. I decided to master Mixology. Now I want to use that skill at clubs/bars/lounges, but I don't know where in Appaloosa Plains I can. Does anyone know where I can use this skill in Appaloosa Plains? Or is there a way for me to switch cities (not permanently, as I still want to be a Horsewoman)? I'd rather not have to build a bar/club/lounge, but is that the only way? The last time I built a bar, no one ever went there.

The watering hole saloon is considered to be a dive bar by the game if you have Late Night.  However, you can be a horsewoman anywhere as it comes with your game to be able to do in any city.  So if you really wanted, you could move to Bridgeport, keep your horses and use all the bars that are available.  Or you can put some of the Late night bars into AP via Edit Town.   They will look horribly out of place but it's an option.
