Hi.
I'v been playing this family for quite som time. I ended up moving them in to a bigger house, but suddenly the game didin't allow maids/butlers/repair persons. I am able to call them and they promise to come, but they never arrive. I have tried moving the Sims back and forwards, breaking down the family, restarting the game and my computer and also tried to hire help by a new sim in the household. Nothing helps. Although the problem may not appear huge, I have some huge houses that really need some help. Any ideas/ advises would be highly appreciated!
