Making A Simbot
« on: May 13, 2012, 08:42:26 PM »
Hey everyone.  I am working on the Robo BFF lifetime wish on Sims 3 Pets for Xbox.   The household consists of only just one sim and his dog. I  wanted to concentrate on this wish and not have to worry about other sims needs.  My sim is at level 8 inventing so he is pretty close.  The dog is a skilled digger at level 9 digging.  He actually dug up the palladium and the pink diamond needed for the simbot.  My sim sent the diamond to be heart cut and thankfully it was returned, because I heard about gems not coming back!  Now my question is about the lifefruits.  I totally forgot about that!  My sim just only started gardening.  But I remember reading somewhere that the life fruit seeds would do and not necessarily the actual fruit.  Is this true???

Nope, you need actual life fruit. 10 actually, which takes a level 7 gardening skill. The option to build the simbot will come up as opportunities from the science facility. They will start telling you to bring in the different things it needs (I don't remember what order they will ask), 100 pieces of scrap, 10 life fruit, the palladium, and the heart shaped pink diamond. After you bring all those, you will get a 'life source' and will then be able to build simbots.
