Features: This cozy starter has everything a single sim just starting out in life could want. This wonder has all the basics such as a 'fridge, stove, counter space, dining table, sink, bed, and shower.
It features such luxuries as a radio, a tv advanced enough to get the Cookin' Cable, an easel, a small fishing pond, a parking space, a dresser, a bookcase, and a desk with a computer. Every part of the lot and house gives a +10 decorated moodlet.
And it's even cheap enough to leave a few simoleans in your sim's pockets so they can get settled in before having to worry about getting a job to pay those pesky bills.
