Grass Texture isn't loading!!

I had the Sims 3 installed on my computer, my computer is really good and I am able to play to the game with all the settings on high. Recently, I had to uninstall the game and then re install it. When I got back in the game all the settings were on high, but in the town the grass texture didn't load right. It looks just lime green. Before the I uninstalled it that grass loaded, I don't know what is wrong, help!

Try changing the graphics to low, restart, then change to high, restart?

If advanced rendering is off, the grass look like that. It is under graphic options.
