FPS... Super high

The default settings is what the game decide is the best setting for your system.

I'm scared that my FPS might kill my graphics card again! It's usually 180!!! I tried using fps limiter but it didn't work.. Any other suggestions on making it less?

Did you do 3booter along with fps limiter, as well as put them in the correct folder? I use fps limiter and it works perfectly.

The force thing only is for nvidia. Before I did it mine was 80 and I know ity was to high. Now it never go higher than 60 and in a big house it is 30. Warr what is your fps in CAH? Mine was high and in a basement it was scary high up to 120. But force vsync fixed it. What is your graphic settings if you click default?

My Fps in CAH can range from 50-120. Default graphics is mostly all on highest. But then It runs slow as I only have 2GB ram. I might get more, will that help?

I have amazing graphics right now but the FPS is about 120 in CAS! And also when paused! And my graphics card was friend in CAS last time soo.. 
I have no idea what else to do! Will more RAM help?

Problem Solved!

I finally, after searching through google for 2 hours!! found the correct fps limiter with a tutorial, So to anyone else with this problem use this thread to help you keep your fps below 30 and stop your graphics card dieing. You have to register for the site first.

I sent you a pm just in case. It can be scary installing stuff if you're not sure of it, that's why you always look around and find out what others are saying about anything you're thinking of using.

Okay so, it's fixed anyway, but is there a way to change the fps limiter to 40fps instead of 30? Just wondering

I don't know anything about the fps limiter. Maybe you can ask Enchanted81?

Not that I'm aware of, but I've never looked into changing it.
