How do you access Sims3 Forum?

I know the standard way to access that forum and I have my page as a tab.  But every so often the store goes down and you just can't get in.  A short while ago someone on our forum told me a way to access the official forum but I stupidly closed that tab and can't find the thread.  My original question was posted because there were special fast sales going on in the store and I couldn't get in to take advantage of the sales.  So they told me another way to get in.  Does anyone know of this way?

You can't get to the forum this way, but if you're trying to get to the store for a sale and the website won't work, go to igs.thesims3.com
