How skinny is that sim? It looks like its collar bone is sticking out.

I made the first image a little larger, but I still don't know what to look for.

Is that shirt CC?  If so, that could be the cause.

If you mean the shirt with the wings, I know that is not CC, it's a freebie from the store.

Ok, sorry.  Is that sim's muscle definition above zero?  Muscle definition makes you sims skin look different, in my experience.

I really don't know what the problem is though. You are comparing a screenshot of a Sim that you have taken with an image taken by someone else on a different computer (is it the same Sim?) Differences between computers is not uncommon, especially when they have different graphic capabilities, not to mention that the image on the wiki could be touched up a little to improve it. There is also the factor of lighting - anyone that has done just a little photography knows that lighting can make a big difference in how someone (or some Sim) will look. You have no idea under what circumstances that image of Thornton was taken.

Does not work Thomas...

Looking at your pictures this is the case, you have the glitched Skin tones. The only way to actually fix it is to change your Sim Detail till it changes back. You say you did it and it didn't work: did you save and exit the game after changing that option? If not, you need to otherwise the changes won't occur.

EDIT: Just though I should explain what I think this glitch is - What happens is that in CAS the Sims skintone is far paler than what you set it to be, or it should be. What AdnaanA is trying to show is that in their game it shows the skin funny but then in what I presume is the Wikia picture it is normal. AdnaanA, am I right in assuming the skintones return to normal when not in CAS?

I would try deleting cache files, especially SimCompositorCache.package. This is because that file deals with new Sims and default Skins, so that could fix your problem.

I'm right about what the problem is or did my solution work? I had this exact problem so I don't see why it wouldn't work for you.
