Chef Fridge on Community Lots

I may sound a tad mentally unhinged asking this and I probably am, but can the fridge from the culinary career be added to a community lot? Will it stay there when the lot is switched from residental and back to community? The moodlet would nice and while mostly a waste of time I`d like to do this.

I don't see why you couldn't. Provided you own a community lot, you're free to go into Buy mode on the lot and should be able to access the fridge if you put it into Family Inventory.
