Hi All - I'm new to the forum. LOVE IT BTW! Anyone else have this happen to them? (I looked, didn't see a thread on it, so forgive me if there was one.)
So I have Monica Geller in the garden harvesting veggies for her meal (I recreated everyone from Friends - too bad there is no coffee shop job because I would have created Gunther too!!) When this Klepto maid comes in and steals my car!! I was a little distracted because Joey was too busy trying to fulfil his "heartbreaker" lifetime wish!! haha!
The only options Monica had was to say "stop doing that", and some others, so I chose "stop doing that" thinking that I would get my car back but NO! I fired him, still no car. Looked in the rest of the families inventory, no car.
Has anyone else had this happen? I even tried clicking on the car previously to see if I could add an alarm, but no. Sims 2 you could add one! I have one of my Sims (Ross) who has maxed his handiness skill -a little departure from the show - no option to upgrade the car. To make matters worse, it was broad daylight, and there was a burgler alarm literally next to the driveway on the house!! I thought to myself, no way anyone could steal it...WRONG!!
Is the car gone for good? Any chance remotely that I could confront this maid? Can they steal my money tree??
