Child has a Career Outfit?
« on: May 12, 2012, 09:58:37 PM »
I just aged up one of my toddlers and I was planning his outfits and I see he has a career outfit. Which can't be possible because he's a kid. I know that outfits are assigned randomly if there's not a set outfit. Like my sim is a self employed painter, and now she has an outfit she changes into randomly that's supposedly her 'career outfit' But I've never seen it with a kid. Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks,
Britt

Well school is considered a career for kids so it is probably just the same as his everyday. You should just ignore it, that's what I do and it doesn't really affect anything.
If at first you don't succeed, call it version 1.0.

Ingame, you unlock outfits from careers as you play. So a Level 10 Chef will unlock all outfits for the Chef career. These carry on through the family. So Generation 10 in a Legacy will be able to wear Career Clothes from Generation 1.

But this is a child. and it's not his everyday. It's one of the formal outfits. It's really confusing.

I noticed the same thing.  I took my youth to the dresser and career outfits were an option.  I clicked on it and of course nothing happened, except my youth had no body between the neck and the waist, lol.  Probably since there is no career as of yet, I should have taken a picture, but I was too shocked to see my little youth with no torso. :)

I have this, but if you edit in cas, go to career then pick a child shirt then they will look normal.  :)

He's in a child's outfit. It's not glitchy or anything.
