Buying Cane

Hi, I keep getting the option to buy a cane for my elder sim but I have absolutely not idea where to buy it on the game. Can anyone please help me/ Almost bald here trying to figure out. It probably somewhere obvious which is why I am missing it. Thanks so much.

Buy it through buy mode as warr2098 said and then move it to your Sims inventory. Then click on it to in the inventory to start using it.
