Do lifetime wishes effect the lifespan of a sim?
« on: May 10, 2012, 04:28:18 AM »
I have my game set to normal so up to 90 I know they can live longer than that though.

Well my oldest sim is now 104 days old but hasn't completed her lifetime wish yet, I was just wondering if maybe this was delaying her dying?

I don't want to sound heartless lol but I have 8 sims in the house, 4 elders and 4 young adults, all family members, and I need someone to die soon so I can have a baby, I'm trying to build a huge family tree and have them all live in the same house generation after generation.

Ok ignore this question lol cos within 10 minutes of me playing the game she just died.

The Grimm then decided to take off his cloak and play on my waterslide!! I managed to get pics I will upload if anyone want to see him on the slide.

Sorry about your simies!. All my sims always fulfill their lifetime wishes and some die in their nineties some get over a 100 days. Now you can have some nooboos!

She's the first one who didn't :( when she married my sim I didn't realise her age lol and for some reason I found maxing all the instruments hard for her to do, I think I made her garden too much in the beginning lol.

My newly married couple won't woohoo and their relationship bar is all the way up, is it maybe cos of the deaths in the family?

That can be the reason. If you want a nooboo, let them try for baby in the theatre. They can't refuse then lol.

Now hunting down a wife for her cousin to marry so they can have a baby too lol, gotta keep my family tree going :)

To answer the original question, the Lifetime Wish has no bearing on whether Grim will come.  Grim comes when he's supposed to come, no matter if your Sim has completed his/her Lifetime Wish.
