Installer won't let me choose the language

I'm trying to install the sims 3 ambitions in English, but every time I start the installer it automatically does it in Spanish, without asking me to choose the language. I've already installed the sims 3 in English, and I bought Ambitions in the US, so I don't understand why it's doing this and not letting me choose the language. Is there anything I can do? I appreciate any help anyone could give me, this is really frustrating.

No, I've already gone all the way through with the installation and it was in Spanish the whole time.
