Uninvited guest and not a paparazzi
« on: March 09, 2012, 01:51:35 PM »
I just moved moved my sims from Sunset Valley to Starlight Shores and I had both my sims were in bed when I hear a toilet flush.
I look around the house to see what was going on and see this guy come walking out of the bathroom.
I had just moved them here and they hadn't even left the house yet so the only sims they knew where each other, so it wasn't a friend. It's my first time in the town so I didn't even know anyone. :)
At first I thought maybe it was a paparazzi that got in but he wasn't a paparazzi, just some guy named Girbits Worthington wearing a cap and gown like he just graduated school.
Before I could get my sim out of bed to tell him to leave I got a message saying it was time for him to go and he left on his own.

I've had paparazzi get in the house before the this is the first time a random stranger has came in.

I had an uninvited guest that didn't leave until my sim fed her breakfast. She just kept playing her guitar (poorly I might add), while my sim went to bed. I didn't have the option to ask her to leave. But, after feeding her breakfats, I could ask her to leave. Guess she was homeless and needed a warm place to stay.

I had an uninvited guest in my house in Union Cove.  She just came in when my hubby Sim came home from work.  My Sims were both CAS and not townies.  Neither of my couple had her in their friends or acquaintences.  She came right in to the bathroom while he was in the shower.  He shooed her out so she goes to eat from the fridge.  Then she went upstairs and pick up nooboo.  I couldn't get the option to ask her to leave.  Eventually she came up with the "I have to go" phrase.  When she went I realised my Sims had lost their eternally faithful moodlet.   So not happy!

I had my sim, Billie, give a Charming Introduction to someone she just gave a sing-o-gram to last night. She did no further socials with him and went on to her next gig.

I switched back to her boyfriend, Tristin, who was using the treadmill at the house. The sim Billie had just met apparently immediately left the theatre and went to her house, uninvited.  He walked into the bedroom and turned on the portable radio. Tristin stopped what he was doing, walked in, and slapped the guy. I then got the "I can tell you have some issues" chat comment, although no one was in a group.

I've been having things like this crop up lately. I had a paparazzi in Union Cove walk up to my Actress's house at 3 a.m. and ring the doorbell. It was kind of creepy.

Now that you mention it, I had the same thing happen in Starlight Shores, before she really knew anyone.  Guess these people are really lonely, lol. :)

I had a mysterious message about three being a crowd for a date. I think that was the least of their worries considering nobody was in a group and the only people present were my Magician sim, her (adult) brother and the kid delivering the newspaper!

Atleast I know it's not just me. It just surprised me sense I hadn't even been there 24 sims hours yet and hadn't meet anyone.
Back in Sunset Valley I was use to them coming in the yard and jumping on the trampoline. It seemed like everyone wanted to use the trampoline. :) Just never had them come in the house before.

What can I say, he is the Emperor of Evil! This is a natural response to someone turning on your girlfriends junky old radio.

On topic - I had it happen again last night on my Starlight Shores file. People my singer talked to or gave a sing-o-gram to showed up at her house.

Stalkers! Haven't installed the game yet; but, will do in the next few days. However, without having installed Showtime, I'm getting stalkers in my older game. They show up for no reason!

In my SV, Nancy Landgraab threw a house party and 2 uninvited "guests" appeared (Stiles Mcgraw and Madison Vanwatson)
It is possible that people I invited just brought their friends with out permission.

No their party crashers! My sim crashed many parties by just showing up.
