Handiness Problem

Ok I'm working on the Handiness skill and my percentage is at 94. Does the fire truck count as an upgrade. And How many upgrades are they.

The firetruck does not count - there are 3 upgrades for it. However, your personal fire extinguisher and the fire alarm DO count. The wiki has a list of most upgrades - I think it is missing the auto-fill upgrade for troughs. I'm not sure if any new upgrades were added with showtime. Also, if you have the windmill that comes with the eco-pack, that can mess up your percentage.

Yes, the windmill and solar panels can affect the percentage, so if you have downloaded one of the eco cars, you probably have them too.

I don't have the eco pack and have done the trough, fire extinguisher and fire alarm. I must be missing something so I'll check that list.

Edit: It must be the percentage glitch. Because it looks like I have them all.
