How do you use a Story Progression Personality Module in only one town?

If I want to use the vampires personality module only in Bridgeport, and not in my other towns, how do I do this?

Those personalities don't really do anything if you don't happen to have any vampires in town.  So if your other towns are vampire-less, you probably don't have to do anything.

However, you can simply turn off the "Enable Progression" for each of the personalities when playing your other towns.
