Is there a mod that lets your sims wear their normal clothes through out their pregnancy?

Clothes have to be specially designed to handle pregnancy, and most clothes are not set up that way.
If an improper outfit is used, you will not be able to see the baby bump on your sim.
Best to stick with maternity compatible outfits.

However, if you search for 'maternity enabled' clothing, you can usually find a few things that will work properly with a pregnant sim.
Also, remember that all the Generations outfits will work as Maternity clothing as well.
