Getting the Leary Family Back Together

I started a Sims 3 file where Rain Leary is trying to get back with her family. I've aged her up to an adult and I've been working on getting them all, Kara, James, Cookie and Sunshine into a home with Rain. I've already become best friends with them all, but the "Move In" option hasn't showed up? Any help here? Is it possible or am I just wasting my time?
