My items are not showing in my studio

I've put this in the official EA forums, but I know my track record in there for getting decent replies isn't great, so I'm going to post here too in the hopes that I get some sensible answers.

There have been numerous times where I've uploaded a lot or Sim or just recently, a world, to the Exchange via the launcher. The launcher says that it's been successfully uploaded, but it won't show up in my studio. I've tried deleting the item from my launcher and re-uploading it, but nothing.

I'm wondering why this happens, and more importantly, how to prevent it happening and ensure that they always appear in my studio.

Note: I don't use cc or mods

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm I wouldn't know since I don't upload to the exchange, maybe the server is down or something?

The thing is... if the server was down, none of my items would go up. But I've just uploaded another item, and it's worked fine. It just seems to be select items, and I've no idea why or what's causing it.... especially since I don't uploade any cc and I don't use mods.

Have you tried uploading something else? instead of the world? Maybe the world doesn't upload but everything else does?

Yup. And I successfully uploaded an item of clothing. I'm not sure what's going on. I do know I'm not the only one with this problem. Others have said they've encountered the problem as well :-/
