Sims & Ghost Babies

I found a cheat that you can make your Sim a kleptomaniac and steal remains from the graveyard, then place the remains at the Sims home lot and create a romance between the living Sim and ghost. However, my Sim has stolen remains, but it's not showing up in the inventory. Is this a glitch or something? Is there any way I can find the remains somewhere else, even though it clearly says it's in the inventory?

Also, my Sim excelled the cooking career and I was supposed to get a refridgerator...and that didn't show up in the inventory either.

They are found in the family inventory. Head to buy mode and look at the bottom of the three sorting choices. The third is the family inventory. Stolen items and any furniture you receive (for ex. thief getting paintings from work) will go there. Cheers.

You can also get some remains by visiting the cemetary and clicking on the masoleum.  Select "manage the dead" and it will bring up the tombstones for everyone who has died since you've been playing the game.  You can place the tombstones on the ground or you can drag one to your inventory for use however you see fit.

No. You need he Oh My Ghost Opportunity to do that.

The baby will be playable but it will not always be a ghost... The Ghost will not become playable unless you do what SimStar said.
