I originally built this for the New Inn competition on the other forum, but sadly I went over the budget. However, I've just finished building a new (and totally different!) Inn for the competition, so I decided to showcase this one as well.

Way too pretty to be a dive bar!  Looks like an Inn, but unfortunately there are no "inns" in Sims.  It would be another great place for a stranded Sim to catch a few zzzs, have a brew and maybe a quick bite to eat.  I love it.
