Maybe Cody will meet some nice girls when he goes to school and he can introduce one of them to his big brother. That way they might be all grown up by the time Cedric is an adult and able to marry. Probably going for a younger model would be a good idea less risk of the bride to be aging up early and putting the dynasty at risk.

You can try and hire a babysitter for Cody. Maybe the game spawns a girl.
There already is a female babysitter, but babysitters are NPCs, not townies, so she wouldn't have a house for Cedric to move into come moving time.
Great update! I hope the game spawns some females for Cedric. 
Well, he still has some of his teenage days and all of young adulthood for someone to pop up. Let's just hope she does.
