Title: My sim's body template changed shape on its own

I have a sim who's always been very fit with a great body.
The day after he gave birth, however, his body shape looked off (his hips had gotten very wide).
When I check his body shape in CAS, his body shape had turned into the pear shape.

I've never had a sim's body shape template autonomously change like that.
This isn't a case of my sim simply gaining/losing weight or muscle.
He transformed from a V-shaped body into a pear shape.

Is this a glitch related to the Crystal Creations pack (which, btw, I don't own yet)? Or am I supremely unlucky?

Wow, weird!
The Crystal Creations pack was causing body distortions until they fixed it with the second patch.  However, those distortions were happening when you put on and removed the new crafted jewelry.  So, I don't know what happened to your sim!

The stylist chair from Get Famas is causing a simular bug and is not fixed. It like the jewelry effects mostly yeens adults and elders with minimal effects on young adults.
