With high Selvadorada culture skill you can buy them from those exploration gear vendors in their hidden supplies and is the easiest way to get them. You can buy random tops and bottoms 99 at a time.

Sorry for reviving an old post, but on all my tests the vendors always have the same "Secret Wares" inventory -- Totecallama tops and Watcher bottoms. I tried on different days with different sims, over multiple vacations with no luck. Does anyone else have this problem?

Nope totally OK to necro on this board. I haven't experienced this myself. Jungle Adventure is one I hope to cover in video format and to improve the text guide versions at the same time.. I'll try to remember this myself.
