Hi. I have recently started playing around with the edit town options and built my first dive spot as the town I was playing did not have one. On the top of the dive spot in play mode, there is a heap of garbage on the top of the water, lots of heaps! I thought if I buy the place it will give me an option to remove the garbage, but I can't seem to find a way of buying it even with the cheats on. Also the treasure chests i placed in the dive spot would only let me open them once i have visited the dive spot several times now and the chests are always open is there a way to reset them? Any help or suggestions appreciated thanks Xx
