Title: Sim won't go to work

I have been having problems with my sim not going to work.  When the carpool comes, it pops up for her to go to work, she never moves and eventually resets.  I try to send her to work, she resets. I make her go to the lot where she works, tell her to go to work, she resets.  I had to quit the culinary career twice because of this.  Really frustrating  :(

Manually change her into her career outfit and try again.
